Gusto Aroma currently ships all around Australia through Australia Post with a trackable service and shipping costs can vary depending on the size and your location

• Dispatch of your parcel will be subject to availability and confirmation of payment
• Orders are dispatched only from Monday - Friday between 9-5
• We are not held responsible for late or missing parcels for reasons out of our control such as extreme weather conditions but if there are any issues please contact us immediately so we can do the best we can to fix the issue

Gusto Aroma currently does not offer shipping internationally including NZ but is subject to change so keep an eye out for updates on this service

Returns policy 

If you are not satisfied with your purchase you can return it for a full refund or exchange of the product but is sent back at your expense. Goods must be returned within 7 days of receipt for the exchange or refund.

• returns are subject to a condition of the product as it must be unused with its packaging in tact
• please allow up to 14 days of processing time to allow for the product to reach back to us
